(A very special thanks to Rob Sawyer, who <br />accepted the award on behalf of Julie Czerneda and myself).<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />As many of you know, <i>Under Cover of Darkness</i> was my first anthology - so I didn't know what<br /><br />I was getting myself into. I never realized what fun it would be to be able to take such wonderful <br />stories and bring them together.<br /><br /><br />Truly, it was a project that was a joy to work on, mostly because I had a fabulous co-editor to share<br />everything with. And brilliant writers. And amazing cover artists.<br />It couldn't have been better a better experience. Congratulations to everyone involved. Without<br />you, the anthology wouldn't be what it is.<br /><br />A big congratulations also to the other nominees and Prix Aurora Award winners.
